AB#231 Tramonto di bronzo


This work, which I created in 2022, was made on a vertical hexagonal canvas, chosen to emphasize a sense of balance and visual tension. I worked with a textured background of stucco and glue, from which abstract bronze details emerge, crossed by blue and black reflections that create unexpected depth and contrasts. For me, bronze recalls the warm, shifting light of a sunset, while the darker tones suggest the transition into night. In this piece, I seek to translate through texture and chromatic vibrations the idea of a boundary between light and shadow, stillness and transformation.
